Poruchy správania v REM spánku predchádzajúce Parkinsonovu chorobu

Predkladáme kazuistiku pacienta, u ktorého poruchy správania v REM spánku (REM sleep behavior disorder - RBD) viac rokov predchádzali klinickej manifestácii Parkinsonovej choroby (PCh). Cieľom práce bolo poukázať na asociáciu týchto dvoch porúch a na význam opomínanej spánkovej anamnézy, ktorá prispeje k včasnej diagnostike a terapeutickému usmerneniu.
