Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (hyperkinetický syndrom) se podle různých pramenů vyskytuje u 3-10 % dětské populace a u jedné třetiny až jedné poloviny pacientů přetrvává v různých podobách do dospělého věku. Řada studií dokazuje, že se jedná o polygenně podmíněné onemocnění, vznik onemocnění ADHD je však možný i vlivem perinatálních komplikací. Včasná diagnostika a komplexní léčba je možnou prevencí závažné patologie v dospělém věku.

Perinatal Riskes And Hyperkinetic Syndroma

Attention deficity hyperaktivity disorder by some resources occurs in 3-10 % of children population and a one third - one half patients of these population continues to adult age in different forms. The study series show that it-s polygenetic conditioned disorder but the perinatal complications can cause the ADHD. Well - timed diagnostic with complete therapy is the prevention of serious patology in adult age.
