Naše zkušenosti s atypickými sexuálními projevy mladistvých

Článek se zabývá katamnestickým rozborem souboru mladistvých pacientů sexuologického oddělení FN u sv. Anny v Brně, u kterých došlo k patologickému sexuálnímu chování. Diagnostickými metodami byli klienti rozděleni do jedné skupiny s podezřením na vývoj do sexuální deviace a do dalších dvou skupin, u kterých patologické sexuální chování vyplývalo z jiných duševních poruch, např. z disharmonického vývoje osobnosti nebo z mentální retardace.

Skupina mladistvých s podezřením na vývoj do sexuální deviace byla dále podrobněji analyzována také dle faktorů zvýšeného nebo sníženého rizika recidivy sexuálně deviantního chování a jednotlivcům byl předpovězen možný vývoj do budoucnosti.
