Co lze očekávat od zabezpečovací detence?

Sdělení se zabývá zabezpečovací detencí, která má být zavedena v českém trestním právu. Diskutuje možnosti a meze takové instituce, zejména s přihlédnutím k připravenému zřízení ústavu zabezpečovací detence v blízké budoucnosti.
