Práca prináąa prehµad kµúčových poznatkov o zotepíne, starąieho i novąieho charakteru. Zaoberá sa zaujímavou históriou tohto liečiva, zamýąµa sa nad súčasnou pozíciou a moľnos»ami tohto atypického antipsychotika. K práci je pripojená aj kazuistika, ktorá dokresµuje postavenie tohto liečiva z praktického hµadiska.
