Nově registrovaná antipsychotika

V posledních dvou letech byla registrována v ČR celkem 4 atypická neuroleptika: quetiapin, amisulprid, ziprasidon a zotepin. Ve stručném přehledu je shrnut jejich farmakologický profil, farmakodynamické a farmakokinetické vlastnosti, klinické studie a nežádoucí účinky. Tato neuroleptika znamenají rozšíření spektra nám dostupných léků a až klinická praxe prokáže jejich výhodnost nebo naopak nevýhodnost pro naše pacienty.

New registrated antipsychotics

During last 2 years 4 atypical neuroleptics have been registered: quetiapine, amisulprid, ziprasidon, zotepine. In a brief review their pharmacological profile, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties, clinical studies and side effects are given. These neuroleptics render us more choices of available drugs, but only clinical practice will prove their advantage or disadvantage for our patients.
