Psychopatologická identifikácia roly chorého pri indukovanej psychóze

V článku sa prezentuje kazuistika rodiny, ktorej traja členovia ochoreli na indukovanú psychózu (folie á famille). Diskutuje sa biopsychosociálny základ indukovanej psychózy a psychopatologické aspekty identifikácie roly chorého. Autori vyslovili hypotézu, že paranoidná psychóza sa v opísanom prípade vyvinula v závislosti od interakcie medzi induktorom s primárnou paranoidnou psychopatologickou symptomatológiou a dvomi indukovanými citovo viazanými osobami. Jedna z indukovaných osôb súčasne trpela na poruchu osobnosti a druhá na primárnu organickú dysfunkciu mozgu. Ide o prípad indukovanej psychózy, typu folie á imposée, ktorý sa vyvinul v jednej rodine. Induktorom bola dcéra, jej matka a stará matka sa chorobou sekundárne indukovali, pričom starej matke autori pripisujú rolu katatyzátora indukcie.
