Cílem našeho sdělení je v krátkosti nastínit problematiku hladin prolaktinu. Na dvou kazuistikách bychom chtěli ilustrovat změny hladin prolaktinu po medikaci a zároveň poukázat na fakt, že zvýšená hladina prolaktinu není zákonitě provázena nežádoucími klinickými příznaky.
