Psychiatry and Assessment Medicine, review of some interdisciplinar problems

There are often misunderstandings between psychiatrists and advisory doctors, which are given by the fact they both don-t know, what one wants and needs from other. Psychiatrist has only vague understanding to principles of assessing health status for purposes of invalidity and advisory doctor has only a vague understanding to psychiatry, largely from his distant medical past. The goal of this article is to explain to psychiatrists principles of assessing, what is named long-lasting unfavourable health status, for their better communication with advisory doctors in favour of all participants and mainly patients.
