Venlafaxín u pacienta s adiktívnou komorbiditou

Višňovský E. Venlafaxín u pacienta s adiktívnou komorbiditou. Psychiatr. praxi. 2004;9(5):261-262.

Autor predkladá kazuistiku 50-ročného muža s mnohoročnou anamnézou rozvoja sociálnej fóbie na báze vyhýbavého vývoja osobnosti. Symptomatickým abúzom alkoholu sa rozvíja alkoholová závislosť so všetkými symptómami terminálneho štádia, sekundárne sa rozvíja depresívny obraz. Kazuistika manifestuje prierez psychopatologickým hodnotením počas akútnej, detoxifikačnej liečby a následné diagnostické spresnenie pri doliečovaní v dennom stacionári a ambulantnej liečbe. Je ukážkou, ako insuficientne môže psychiater hodnotiť klinický obraz počas akútneho príjmu z dôvodu poznania a vnímania len aktuálne dominantných symptómov. Voľbou správnej antidepresívnej clony a dávky sa eliminovala depresívna a fobická symptomatika, pacient dosiahol aj kompenzáciu adiktívneho stavu.
