Specifické poruchy osobnosti. Část I. diagnostika

Úvod: Poruchou osobnosti rozumíme takovou trvalou vnitřní strukturu a chování, které jsou zřetelně odlišné od očekávaného chování a způsobují opakovaně a dlouhodobě selhávání v alespoň dvou následujících oblastech: kognice, emotivita, ovládání impulsů a sociální chování.

Pacient může mít projevy, které jsou charakteristické pro specifickou poruchu osobnosti, ale nesplňují potřebná diagnostická kriteria. Popisujeme pak osobnostní rysy (např. paranoidní, hraniční, vyhýbavé) nebo osobnostní reakce – v případě, že se projevují jen v zátěžových situacích.

Zvlášť stojí osobnostní změny po katastrofické události (F 62.0), po duševním onemocnění (F 62.1), osobnostní změny při organickém onemocnění (F 07) a mnohočetná porucha osobnosti (F 44.81)
