Cipralex a panická porucha

V tomto sdělení je prezentována kazuistika ambulantní pacientky, která trpěla panickými atakami. Nejdříve byla léčena asi tři měsíce praktickým lékařem, neurologem a dalšími specialisty převážně benzodiazepinovou kůrou, která se jevila z dlouhodobého pohledu neúspěšná. V kazuistice je nastíněn výřez jednoho roku, kdy byla sledována v psychiatrické ambulanci. Prvoplánově byl nasazen escitalopram a po navázání terapeutického vztahu dochází k velmi pozvolnému zlepšování duševního stavu.
