MIRTAZAPIN U MENTÁLNÍ ANOREXIE S KOMORBIDNÍ DEPRESÍ

Léčba mentální anorexie představuje pro odborníky výzvu. Je nutný multimodální přístup, jehož jednou součástí je i farmakoterapie.

Článek popisuje kazuistiku 14leté dívky s mentální anorexií léčené mirtazapinem, sleduje průběh příznaků, komorbiditu, dávkování a nežádoucí účinky terapie.
