Výskyt sexuálních dysfunkcí při udržovací léčbě běžně předepisovanými antidepresivy

Práce srovnává výskyt sexuálních dysfunkcí při udržovací léčbě u 240 (78 mužů, 162 žen) pacientů vybranými antidepresivy (paroxetin, sertralin, escitalopram, citalopram, trazodon) mezi jednotlivými léky a skupinou zdravých kontrol. Poruchy sexuálních funkcí byly monitorovány škálou UKU. Snížení libida bylo nejvíce zastoupeno u paroxetinu, sertralinu, escitalopramu, poruchy erektivity byly nejčetnější u citalopramu, escitalopramu a sertralinu, poruchy ejakulace byly nejčetnější u citalopramu, paroxetinu, escitalopramu. Poruchy orgasmu byly zjištěny při podávání všech SSRI, poruchy lubrikace byly nejvýraznější při podávání paroxetinu. U trazodonu byl zjištěn nižší výskyt sexuálních dysfunkcí ve srovnání s antidepresivy SSRI, ale i se zdravými kontrolami.
