Poznámky k psychodynamickým aspektům alkoholové závislosti

Sdělení se pokouší vymezit místo a možný přínos psychodynamického a psychoanalytického přístupu v léčbě pacientů závislých na alkoholu. Nabízí přehled vývoje názorů na závislost na alkoholu v analyticky orientované literatuře a případné konsekvence pro vlastní terapii. Je zřejmé, že analytický přístup nepředstavuje dostačující nástroj k léčbě závislých, může však napomoci bližšímu porozumění jejich psychické realitě.
