Vzťah hyperkinetickej poruchy a porúch spánku v detstve

Hyperkinetická porucha/ADHD je psychické ochorenie v detstve s najvyššou prevalenciou a vysokou komorbiditou rôznych psychických porúch, vrátane porúch spánku. Primárne poruchy spánku, taktiež časté v detskej populácií, sa v detskom veku môžu počas dňa prejavovať najmä príznakmi hyperkinetického syndrómu, a ak sú dlhodobé, môžu byť mylne diagnostikované ako hyperkinetická porucha. V našej práci, na základe analýzy chorobopisov hospitalizovaných pacientov s hyperkinetickou poruchou za obdobie 4 rokov, sme u týchto pacientov zistili vysokú komorbiditu porúch spánku (60,9 %), medzi najčastejšie dyssomnie patrili nepokojný, prerušovaný spánok, včasná insomnia a z parasomnií somnilokvia, nočná enuréza, somnambulizmus, pavor nocturnus, nočná mora a jednoduché chrápanie. Najvyššie percento porúch spánku tvorili poruchy spánku pozorované len na oddelení a neuvádzané rodičmi pri vstupnom vyšetrení. Je preto potrebné venovať poruchám spánku u hyperkinetických detí náležitú pozornosť a v ďalšom výskume sa zamerať na zisťovanie patogenetických vzťahov porúch spánku a hyperkinetického syndrómu použitím objektívnych metodík.
