Psychologické aspekty nespecifických střevních zánětů u dětí

Cílem práce je shrnout současné poznatky z oblasti psychologie nespecifických střevních zánětů. Doplněna je provedeným výzkumem, který se zabývá opomíjenou oblastí osobnostního vývoje dětí s nespecifickými střevními záněty (IBD).

Metodika: Vyšetřeno bylo 26 dětí s IBD a porovnáno s kontrolní non-IBD skupinou 31 dětí. Použity byly dvě psychodiagnostické metody určené k posuzování osobnostních charakteristik projektivního Hand testu a dotazníku B-JEPI založeného na Eysenckově modelu osobnostních dimenzí.

Výsledky: Zjistili jsme signifikantní zvýšení v osobnostní dimenzi neuroticizmu, závislosti, tenze, zvýšené potřeby pozitivně afektivních podnětů.

Závěr: Mezi základní psychologické aspekty nespecifických střevních zánětů patří výskyt deprese, komorbidita úzkostných poruch, ovlivnění kvality života, specifické vnímání negativních životních událostí a prožívání stresu. Tyto jevy dáváme do souvislosti s utvářením osobnostní struktury v období puberty, adolescence a mladší dospělosti.
