Cognitive disorders in patients with vascular brain disease

Cognitive disorders in patients with vascular brain disease are relatively frequent. In spite of the significantly negative influence on quality of life, they remain often unrecognized and untreated. The authors discuss a brief review of ethiopathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of vascular cognitive disorders.
