Stabilizace pacientky dosažená po téměř 3 letech

Kazuistika popisuje případ pacientky s diagnózou paranoidní schizofrenie, která byla léta úspěšně stabilizovaná na perfenazinu v dávce do 40 mg pro die. Po ukončení výroby preparátu v České republice trvalo další 2 roky, než se podařilo najít vhodný lék ke stabilizaci pacientky. Aktuálně je pacientka bez floridní psychotické produkce, bez deprese při terapii aripiprazolem v dávce 15 mg pro die v kombinaci s quetia­pinem v dávce 100 mg pro die a escitalopramem v dávce 10 mg pro die.
