Psychiatric and psychological aspects of bariatric surgery

Bariatric surgery is a quite new branch of medicine using special surgical procedures in the treatment of morbid obesity. The aim of the

article is to inform about this quickly developing treatment method and to discuss the questions related to psychiatric and psychological

connections – eating disorders inclusive.
