Occurence of atypical antipsychotics on sexual dysfunction in male schizophrenic patients

The paper presents the frequency of sexual dysfunction according to ASEX scale in 78 schizophrenic males treated with atypical antipsychotics

(olanzapine, risperidone, amisulprid, clozapine, quetiapin). Dysfunctional scores of ASEX scale were found in 23 patients treated

with antipsychotics (18 %). Difference among antipsychotics has been hardly eveluated for small number of patients in subgroups. The

most occurrence of dysfunction was found in quetiapine subgroup, 4 from 6 patients had dysfunctional ASEX score.
