Sexual function in the treatment of depressive disorder with agomelatine

Agomelatin, a novel antidepressant, has favorable effects on sexual function. 20 patients with depressive disorder were treated with

agomelatin and sexual functions were monitored according to Changes in Sexual Functions Questionnaire. After 6 weeks of treatment

statistical signicantly improvement of sexual functions were observed.
