Je podán přehled epidemiologie, komorbidity a farmakoterapie obsedantně kompulzivní poruchy (OCD). Vysvětleno je hodnocení OCD pomocí posuzovacích škál, a to se zohledněním klinického nálezu, v kterém se snáze orientuje lékař nepsychiatr. V závěru je uveden algoritmus léčby.
