Pérez M. Akutní psychotická porucha v poporodním období versus Myastenia gravis. Psychiatr. praxi. 2002;3(6):284-286.

V této kazuistice je prezentován případ pacientky, u které se po porodu rozvinuly psychické potíže, hodnocené psychiatry jako akutní psychotická porucha v poporodním období. V průběhu hospitalizace došlo k vystupňování svalové slabosti, rozvinula se dechová nedostatečnost s přechodnou nutností umělé ventilace. Neurology byla diagnostikována akutní myastenická krize při první atace myastenia gravis.
