Použití moklobemidu v preventivní léčbě migrény s aurou

Klasická migréna je primární bolest hlavy. Preventivní léčbu používáme při nedostatečném účinku léčby akutní. Moklobemid užívalo při preventivní léčbě 45 pacientů v dávce 300–600 mg denně, průměrně 8–12 měsíců. Kromě čtyř se u všech frekvence i síla záchvatů zmenšila.
