Kompetence v kognitivně behaviorální terapii a supervizi

Získání a udržování psychoterapeutických a supervizních kompetencí má pro kognitivně behaviorální terapii zásadní hodnotu.

V databázích PUBMED, WEB OF SCIENCE a SCOPUS byly vyhledány články s klíčovými slovy „kognitivně behaviorální terapie“, „kompetence“,

„terapeutický vztah“, „intervence“, „technika“, „trénink“, „supervize“, „sebereflexe“, „empiricky podpořeno“, „přenos“, „protipřenos“,

„schéma terapie“, „dialekticko-behaviorální terapie“. Vyhledávání bylo prováděno opakováním těchto slov v různých kombinacích bez

jazykového a časového omezení. Publikace pak byly probrány a následně byly dohledávány další klíčové citace z jednotlivých referencí.

Také jsme použili originální texty Becka, Beckové, Padesky, Linehanové, Leahyho, Younga, Kuykenové a dalších. Literární informace

jsme pak porovnávali se svojí psychoterapeutickou a supervizní zkušeností a do textu zahrnuli jen nejdůležitější informace. Jde tedy

o přehledovou práci se závěry týkajícími se kompetencí v kognitivně behaviorální terapii.

Competencies in cognitive behavioral therapy and supervision

Attaining and maintaining the psychotherapeutic and supervision competencies is a core value in the field of cognitive behavioral therapy.

PUBMED data base was searched for articles using the key words „cognitive behavioral therapy”, „competence“, „therapeutic relations”,

„intervention”, „technique”, „training”, „supervision”, „self-reflection“, „empirically supported”, „transference”, „countertransference“,

„schema therapy“, „dialectical behavioral therapy“. The search was repeated by changing the key word. No language or time constraints

were applied. The lists of references of articles detected by this computer data base search were examined manually to find additional

articles. We also used the original texts of Beck, Beck, Padesky, Linehan, Leahy, Young, Kuyken, and others. Basically this is a review with

conclusions about competencies in cognitive behavioral therapy.
