Psychobreak-up, CBT and a case study

The article focuses on the symptoms and on controlling mental problems associated with a break-up. Common phases of so called

psychobreak-up and their manifestations in emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioral dimension are descripted. Mostly cognitive

behavioral methods for coping with related problems are recommended. In the end of the article a case study describing complicated

progress of psychobreak-up and corresponding psychotherapy is presented.
