The article describes which legislation governs FT; on which offenders FT is imposed by the court;obligations of the court prior to ordering FT (e.g. inviting the patient to enter FT); the Provider’s obligations and paperwork priorto FT; the Provider’s obligations and paperwork upon admission to FT (e.g. introducing the patient to the individual therapeuticplan); the Provider’s obligations and rights when executing FT (e.g. how to proceed in the case of failure to attend outpatientservice or escape from the institution); procedures for submission of proposal to discontinue (change/prolong) FT; and the courthearing on this proposal.
