Syndrom vyhoření: změna paradigmatu

Časopis Lancet citoval nedávno průzkum, dle kterého neuvěřitelných 78 % lékařů v USA trpí syndromem vyhoření. V podobném průzkumu Britské lékařské asociace z roku 2019, téměř stejná čísla, je 80 % lékařů vystaveno vysokému nebo velmi vysokému riziku vyhoření, přičemž nejvíce ohroženi byli mladší lékaři ze všech skupin, následováni kolegy z řad praktických lékařů. A pozor, syndrom se vyskytuje zejména mezi těmi, kteří ve svém povolání vykazují velkou míru osobního nasazení a empatie, tedy mezi „oddanými a angažovanými“...
