Pathologic sexual aggression in practice

In Czech Republic Pathologic sexual aggression is diagnosis for men who committed sexual crime, in order to impose them

the in-patient sexologic treatment (mental disorder is required). The author criticizes such concept by case examples: Pathologic

sexual aggression is not medical diagnosis. The treatment (corrective program) should be imposed for the sexual crime,

not for the mental disorder (whose diagnostic process is disunited). But major opinion among Czech sexologist is different.
