Sleep is a basic physiological need to maintain physical and mental health. Insomnia represents a common unit in the group of sleep disorders. Depressive disorder is a common mental disorder. A considerable part of the patients does not receive adequate therapy. The main reasons are the low availability of treatment and fear of stigmatisation. Online therapeutic programs reduce these barriers in many Western countries, such as Sweden, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United States. Depression belongs to frequent comorbidities in neurological diseases. There are some common etiopathogenetic factors and depression negatively influences the course of neurologic disorders. Diagnostics and treatment of comorbid depression is usually carried out by neurologist, however, in the case of severe and/ or unsuccessful treated depression psychiatric consultation is necessary. The paper deals in more details with pharmacotherapy for chosen long-term neurological disorders and is focused on the newest information and specifics in individual diseases.

In mentally ill persons, psychopathology is observable in their use of movement in the range of parts or the whole of the body and use of space, suppression or explosion of emotional manifestations evident in bodily movement, and their social bodily anxiety. Psychomotor therapy is supportive treatment using physical activity. We see the problem as insufficient knowledge of the principles and methods of psychomotor therapy, which are supported by the results of research works. This ignorance leads to the use of alternative methods that are not based on professional verification of their effectiveness.

Pregabalin is a structural analogue of γ-aminobutyric acid, originally developed as an anticonvulsant. We actually registred increase of adolescent emotional disorders in psychiatric care. Here is reflection of possible reasons (etiology) such as impact of internet, go online, post covid era, liberal upbringing in context of demands of maturing that takes part on development of teens generation of 21. century. We describe in practical cases that outside of reversible mental difficulties there is coexistence with rare mental deseases beginning in maturing such as schizophrenia or psychotic episodes of Asperger syndrom.
